At RawFares.ca, we believe in transparency. When you see the word “Fare” or “Charge” on our website, it includes:

• Our Fees – the service fee we charge for providing booking and support.
• Partner Travel Suppliers’ Fees – the fees charged by airlines, hotels, or car rental providers.

Our Fees are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise specified, and are always displayed in your booking summary before payment.

1. Booking Fees

All fees are shown in Canadian dollars but will be converted to your local currency on the payment page.

2. Exceptions to Standard Fees

In certain cases, service fees may vary:

• Online vacation packages: Up to C$50 per passenger
• Business/First Class airfares: Up to C$200 per passenger
• Multi-city trips: Up to C$100 per passenger
• Multi-airline trips or cities with high fraud rates: Up to C$50 per passenger
• Foreign-originating flights (outside US/Canada): Up to C$50 per passenger
• Contact Center Bookings: For complex itineraries or support via our call center, fees may range from C$10 to C$275 per passenger (up to C$125 for seniors). Contact Center bookings include premium service benefits.

• Non-Refundable: Our service fees are generally non-refundable.
• Changes Possible: Fees are subject to change without notice.
• Final Price Guarantee: You will only be charged the final total price quoted at checkout, which includes all applicable service fees, taxes, and supplier charges.
