At Rawfares.ca, we want your booking experience to be simple along with transparent and hassle-free. This policy describes how cancellations, changes and refunds are handled when you book with us.
General Overview
- All bookings made through Rawfares.ca are subject to the fare rules, Term & Conditions of the airline or travel supplier.
- Our own Service Fees may apply in addition to supplier charges. Please review our Fees & Policies page for details.
- Refund eligibility depends on the ticket type bought along with the airline’s policies and your request timing.
Cancellations
- Same Day Cancellations (within 4 hours of booking and before midnight): Free of cost for most reservations.
- After 4 hours but before midnight (same day): A cancellation fee may apply.
- Beyond 24 hours of booking: Airline rules will apply and Rawfares.ca Service Fees may also apply.

Refunds
- Many airline tickets are non-refundable; however, in eligible cases, a refund may be available based on airline fare rules.
- Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment once approved by the airline/supplier.
- Service Fees charged by Rawfares.ca are non-refundable.
- If a booking is classified as a “no-show” (when a passenger does not board their scheduled flight), refunds are typically not permitted by airlines.
Future Travel Credits
- In cases where a full refund is not permitted, airlines may provide a future travel credit.
- Credits are subject to the airline’s terms and expiration rules.
- ca will assist you in redeeming credits for future bookings.
Ticket Changes & Exchanges
- Changes to existing bookings are permitted if allowed by the airline.
- Change fees may apply, including any difference in fare plus Rawfares.ca Service Fees.
- Some discounted or promotional fares may not allow alterations.
Special Circumstances
- Certain airlines may provide exceptions or waivers in circumstances like bereavement or medical emergencies or natural disasters.
- ca will support requests where applicable but approval remains at the airline’s discretion.
Processing Timelines
- Refunds may take 7–30 business days or longer to reflect in your account. It solely depends on the airline.
- We will notify you via email once your refund request has been submitted and processed.
Transparency Commitment
- You will always be shown the final total price at checkout, inclusive of Service Fees, taxes and airline charges.
- ca does not add hidden costs.
- All policies are in place to align with industry standards and airline regulations.
