Our Post-Ticketing Fees – RawFares.ca
At RawFares.ca, we aim to make our policies transparent. Below are the service fees that may apply after a ticket has been issued. These are in addition to any fees, penalties, or restrictions imposed by the airline under their own fare rules.
Cancellations on the Day of Booking
- Agent Assisted Cancellation (before 10:30 PM local Canada time on the date of booking):
- Domestic flights: C$50 per passenger
- International flights: C$100 per passenger
- Business/First Class: C$100 per passenger

Ticket Changes / Exchanges
- Ticket Value under C$1000: Up to C$200 per passenger
- Ticket Value C$1000 or more:C$200 or 15% of ticket value (whichever is higher)

- Death/Bereavement
- Duplicate bookings
- Infant ticketing
- Medical or Military waivers
- Name change or correction
- No-show reinstatement

All special requests are subject to airline rules, policies, and approval.
Important Notes
- Airline Fare Rules Apply: Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds or credits depend on the airline’s policies.
- No-Show Bookings: Generally not eligible for refunds or waivers. Documentation may be required.
- Supporting Documents: Some requests (e.g., visa issues, denied boarding, baggage claims, duplicate tickets) require proof such as receipts, denial letters, or copies of tickets.
- Non-Refundable Fees: All RawFares.ca service fees (at booking and post-ticketing) are non-refundable.
- Final Price Guarantee: Government-imposed taxes and airline fees may change, but you will only be charged the final total amount shown at checkout or quoted by our agent.
